Within the circular economy, we strive for a reduced load on the environment. Sustainable production is a basic requirement, but also the reuse of products is now increasingly common. The ultimate goal is to create a society in which all waste is reused for new products, made with generated sustainable energy. This is the only way to keep the Earth livable and pass on to future generations. To visualize the reuse of existing materials and to bring it to the attention of a larger audience, we have chosen to design a series of stools made of old tiles with a wooden seat. With this design, we make clearly that it is possible to reduce the tax on natural reserves within the circular economy. And that in combination with a functional and aesthetic design, which can be applied in representative spaces such as in an office- and project environment.
