Don Hoppenbrouwer

Studio Op&er is since 2014 a Community of Dutch Designers and Artists. Cees Cornielje, Rob Jansen and Don Hoppenbrouwer think about solutions for social issues in the area of environment, energy use and durability. They focus further on Social Design and make designs for every conceivable piece of art, furniture, product or land art. Studio Op&er is open to innovation and experiment. Each design is unique and has a different perspective. Studio Op&er was nominated with the chair Rietveld Shines Again for the Circular Design Award 2016. The famous Red and Blue chair from Rietveld is now made from waste materials as a statement for a circular economy. In 2016 and 2017, Studio Op&er have participated at several exhibitions in the Netherlands.
